Actually I think it comes with it's own Owner Attendant that is fed, clothed and paid 20 years out.
Seriously? Not just 1M but 1.4M! I didn't realize that Edina properties went for $10,000 per one-tenth acre.
But, hey, that's the price you pay to be connected to the city sewer and water! :)
