Award winner

Robert brought home a Finest Falcon Award today! We're so proud of his hard work in kindergarten. It mentions especially that he is responsible and completes his assignments on time and according to directions. This is his first award although he recently received a ribbon for perfect attendance. He says, "I'm so happy for myself."

Great work, Robert!! Both a Falcon and a Perfect Attender. I was a perfect attender for many years in grade and high school, but never in kindergarten; and I was never a Falcon. Keep up the good work.

Way to go Robert! Being responsible and completing your assignments on time are important. You should be very proud of yourself because we sure are! I was "Queen of the May" in kindergarten which was very special to me. I wore a white dress and had flowers in my hair. There is a picture of me and my kindergarten teacher on the shelf in the stairway. I will show it to you when you come to visit.

Dear Nonna, What number day of May were you the Queen or was it the whole month? I really want to know. Love, Robert (P.S. Mommy typed this.)

Robert I do not remember what day the ceremony took place but it was a bring deal.It was really for the whole month. All the kids in the class voted and it was a tie so my friend Lanarae Hanes and I were co-queens.

Congrats, Robert - way to go!
I think I got a Perfect Attendance Award... once. They did not give out Spotty Attendance Awards, I'm afraid.
