No idea how many hours left before we get out, and I'm still supposed to be "at work" today, but we have at least a half a ton of stuff to do.
Plugging away. Living room is full of boxes. Ceilings in bedrooms still could stand to be painted. Car needs to be inspected. I need a trip to the bank for the business. And all sorts of offloading items from the house to the storage POD.
Sigh.

No "smog" checking here, you could skip that step. You'll be out of the state in a day. Can't do anything after you cross the line.
Except the car's registration has expired and can't be renewed without it. We'd like to have current tags.
Cross Robert's room off the list. All clear and painted. Now on to the girls' room. (Hope my punctuation is good there)

I was talking to E tonight about the finishing touches and I mentioned that you had to get the tabs renewed on the Nissan and she said "oh the green one", "No, the nissan", "That's the green one" (I swear I thought the Nissan was silver and the Hybrid was green) and I finally wrapped up the discussion with "It makes you think a little bit... the hybrid is silver and the gas guzzler is green... Which one is the earth-friendly one? Not the green one. Hmm." And a smile crossed her face. :)
Cate back on the bathrooms after a trip to Home Despot and Target. Have most of the kitchen packed up.
I'll see if I remember to get pics on my phone before walking out. I took a picture of the new entryway with E's camera before they left.

Cate is painting more trim. I'm finishing the linoleum tile in the bathroom that I started Sunday night. Power washed the deck. And the grass sprouted!
